Which payment methods can I choose?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Carte Bleue.

What appears on my bank statement?

You will be billed discreetly. PiggyBankGirls purchases will appear as "TRANSLEASE-DUBLIN" on your bank statement.

My credit card keeps failing. What can I do?

If your credit card transaction was declined please make sure you followed all these requirements:

-You filled out all of the fields on the order form

-You entered the correct expiration date

-You removed any spaces or dashes in your credit card number

-You entered your email address correctly

-You are currently in the country where your credit card was issued

-You have sufficient funds on your credit card or bank account

If you did or checked all of the above and it is still not working, please write us an email at support@piggybankgirls.com

Remember: due to security reasons and to prevent duplicate transactions you are only able to attempt a transaction once every 10 minutes. Therefore, please wait at least 10 minutes before submitting your information again.

What can I do if I did not receive the content I purchased or if I am not satisfied with it?

If you did not receive the content you purchased or if it is not as it had been promised, please write us an email at support@piggybankgirls.com. We are always willing to solve any problems you might have, please contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

What customized items can I ask for and how do they work?

You can ask for anything that is considered legal and within reasonable human judgement. Talk to your girl and ask her what she would be willing to do! And as for what you could want: that's entirely up to you, let your imagination run wild! When you've bought a customized item, you will have to wait until the girl has produced it. As soon as it is ready, she will upload it on the website and you will get a notification.

What can I do if I have technical problems with a video?

If any technical problems are occurring, contact support@piggybankgirls.com for help. We are always willing to solve any problems you might have, please contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Rules for messaging

Generally, we want to maintain a friendly and polite climate on our site. If you like dirty talk, make sure that the girls agree to it before you start. Apart from that, the following things are not tolerated on PiggyBankGirls:
• Illegal behavior in chats;
• Abusive and racist comments;
• Spamming;
• Molesting;
• Publishing private information of other users or girls;
• Pretending to be another user or girl;
• Threats;
• Blackmailing;
• Promoting and/or recruiting models for other websites.

Where can I change my account details?

You can change your account details in the “Account settings” section on your profile (remember you need to be logged into your account before clicking this link).

How can I downgrade my account?

You can downgrade your account by clicking “Downgrade your account” on the settings section of your profile.

I receive too many e-mails. What can I do?

You can go to your “Account settings” and deactivate the emails you do not want to receive by clicking the blue dot next to them.
